Kısaca: Sohbet etmek için gereken kadar veri tutuyoruz. Hafıza yalnızca sen açarsan çalışır. Verilerini istediğin an silebilirsin. Veri satmıyoruz, reklam yapmıyoruz.

1. Hangi verileri tutuyoruz?

Hesap bilgileri: e-posta, ad (verirsen), şifrenin geri çözülemez özeti (hash). Google veya Apple ile girişte Google'ın / Apple'ın paylaştığı e-posta ve ad (Apple'da e-postayı gizlemeyi seçersen Apple'ın verdiği geçici adres).
Cihaz kimliği: tarayıcında oluşturulan rastgele bir kimlik; oturumunu ve deneme hakkını (cihaz başına bir kez) takip etmek için.
Sohbetler: mesajların, cevaplar ve cevapların nasıl üretildiğine dair özet rapor (hangi çekirdek ne kadar sürede cevap verdi gibi).
Hafıza (yalnızca açarsan): sohbetlerden çıkarılan kısa, önemli notlar (adın, projelerin, hedeflerin, tercihlerin).
Ayna Taşları (yalnızca sen yazarsan): kendi yazdığın bağlam notları. Her biri görünür, düzenlenir, kapatılır ve silinir; kendiliğinden hiçbir şey eklenmez.
İnternet araması: Güncel bilgi gerektiren sorularda yalnızca kısa bir arama sorgusu (en çok 200 karakter), kişisel veriden arındırılarak bir arama sağlayıcısına gönderilir. Sıra şöyledir: önce Google (Gemini, Google Arama ile); o çalışmazsa Anthropic'in (Claude) web araması; o da olmazsa yedek arama servisi (Tavily, Serper veya Brave). Sohbet geçmişin ve hafızan gönderilmez. Aramanın gerekip gerekmediğine karar vermek için mesajının ve bir önceki mesajının kısa bir kısmı hızlı bir yardımcı yapay zekâ modeline (yedek sağlayıcılardan biri: Groq, Kimi vb.) de gönderilebilir. İnternet araması her sohbette açıktır. Sorgu metni saklanmaz ve günlüğe yazılmaz; yalnızca tek yönlü özeti (hash) ve sonuç sayısı tutulur. Arama sonuçları kısa süre önbellekte tutulabilir.
Arayüz durumu: Observer kendini doğru tanıtabilsin diye her turda hangi özelliklerin açık olduğunu (hafıza, sessizlik modu, Rabbit Hole, sesli cevap), temanı, tarayıcı bildirim izni durumunu, seçili çekirdek sayısını, planını ve bugünkü kullanımını görür; mesaj içeriği değildir.
Etkinlik kaydı: her cevaptan sonra yalnızca meta veri (hangi çekirdek cevap verdi, süre, durum, puan, döngünün neden durduğu). Mesaj ya da cevap metni yazılmaz; 90 gün saklanır, Ayarlar'dan silebilirsin.
Görseller: eklediğin görseller sunucumuzda saklanmaz; yalnızca otomatik metin tarifi sohbete yazılır.
Kullanım bilgisi: günlük mesaj sayısı, işlem maliyeti (token ve kredi), paket bilgisi.
Teknik kayıtlar: hata ayıklama için kısa süreli sunucu kayıtları.

2. Ne için kullanıyoruz?

Sohbet hizmetini sunmak, geçmişini sana göstermek, paket ve limitlerini uygulamak, kötüye kullanımı engellemek ve hizmeti düzeltmek için. Verilerini satmıyor, reklam için kullanmıyoruz.

3. Yapay zekâ sağlayıcıları

Cevaplar, üçüncü taraf yapay zekâ servisleri tarafından üretilir: OpenAI (ChatGPT), Google (Gemini), DeepSeek, xAI (Grok) ve Anthropic (Claude); yedek olarak Moonshot AI (Kimi), Groq ve OpenRouter. Yedek servisler yalnızca ana servisin kredisi/limiti bittiğinde ya da hata verdiğinde devreye girer. Sorunu yanıtlamak için mesajın ve sohbet bağlamı bu servislere gönderilir; her servis kendi gizlilik koşullarına tabidir.

Kendi çekirdeğimiz (yedek çekirdek): Observer Labs'in kendi bilgisayarında çalışan açık kaynaklı bir yapay zekâ modeli. Yalnızca diğer çekirdekler cevap veremediğinde yedek olarak devreye girer; o zaman mesajın ve sohbetin son iki mesajı, şifreli bir Cloudflare tüneli üzerinden bu bilgisayara gönderilir. Bu yolda üçüncü taraf bir yapay zekâ sağlayıcısı yoktur; Cloudflare yalnızca şifreli bağlantıyı taşır. Mesaj ve cevap metni orada saklanmaz; yalnızca süre ve hata gibi ölçümler tutulur. Şu an deneme aşamasındadır ve kalite ölçütlerini geçene kadar kullanıcılara cevap vermez.

Gizlilik kalkanı: Hafıza notların ve açık Ayna Taşların, cevap üreten çekirdek modellere gönderilmez; yalnızca cevabı yazan gözlemci katmanı görür. Bu katman da üçüncü taraf bir yapay zekâ servisi kullanır (Anthropic; yedek olarak Groq), yani bu notlar o sağlayıcıya iletilir. Çekirdeklere giden metinde e-posta, telefon, kimlik numarası, IBAN ve kart numarası gibi bilgiler otomatik olarak maskelenir. Yine de çok özel bilgilerini sohbete yazmamanı öneririz.

Görseller: Görsel eklediğinde, metin tarifini çıkarmak için TEK bir görsel destekli servise gönderilir (önce Anthropic; yedek olarak Google ve OpenAI). Konum gibi bilgiler (EXIF) gönderilmeden önce silinir. Görsel sunucumuzda saklanmaz; çekirdekler yalnızca metin tarifini görür. Ücretli planlarda kullanılabilir.

Zihin İzim, Faz Geçişleri, Model İlişkileri: yalnızca kendi verinden sunucuda sayımla hesaplanır; hiçbir yapay zekâ servisine gönderilmez ve başka kullanıcılarla karşılaştırılmaz.

Gözlemci Zihin (anonim gözlem): Zincir Turu cevaplarının kişisel bilgileri maskelenmiş bir kopyası ortak bir deftere yazılır. Bu defterden yalnızca kişisel ayrıntı içermeyen, toplu bir gözlem notu çıkarılır (hangi konular soruluyor, modeller nerede uzlaşıp ayrışıyor). Bu not, sistemin kendini geliştiren gözlemci katmanında kullanılır; hiçbir kullanıcıya başka bir kullanıcının sohbeti gösterilmez. Hesabını ya da bir sohbeti sildiğinde defterdeki kayıtların da (koşularından türetilen ortak öğrenme notları) silinir.

4. Hafıza

Hafıza varsayılan olarak kapalıdır. Açarken neyin saklandığı ekranda açıkça gösterilir ve onayın istenir. Hafızayı kapatırsan yeni bilgi kaydedilmez; önceden kaydedilenler sen silene kadar kullanılmaya devam eder. Tek bir notu ✕ ile, hepsini "Hepsini unut" ile istediğin an silebilirsin.

Gözlemci'ye sor: Rabbit Hole'da çıkan kutucuğu işaretlersen o soru ve Observer'ın cevabı teorinin kurucusuna gösterilir; cevap sana iletilir ve soru cevaplanana ya da kapatılana kadar saklanır. İşaretlemezsen hiçbir şey gönderilmez.

5. Saklama ve silme hakkın

Sohbetlerini kenar menüden tek tek silebilirsin.
Hesabını profil ekranından "Hesabı sil" ile silebilirsin; sohbetlerin, hafızan ve kullanım kayıtların da silinir.
Uygulamada Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Veri → Verilerimi indir ile hesabına bağlı verilerinin tam bir kopyasını (JSON) istediğin an indirebilirsin. Parola özeti ve güvenlik anahtarları dosyaya eklenmez.

6. Yapay zekâ içeriği uyarısı

Cevaplar yapay zekâ tarafından üretilir ve hatalı olabilir. Rabbit Hole modu spekülatif bir mercektir; kanıtlanmış bilgi sunmaz. Sağlık, hukuk ve finans konularında bir uzmana danış.

7. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı değiştirirsek tarihini güncelleriz; önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde duyururuz.

Privacy policy

In short: we keep only what chatting needs. Memory works only if you turn it on. You can delete your data at any time. We don't sell data or run ads.

1. What we store

Account: email, name (if given), a one-way hash of your password. With Google or Apple sign-in, the email and name they share (if you choose to hide your email with Apple, the private relay address Apple provides).
Device ID: a random ID created in your browser, used for your session and the one-per-device trial.
Chats: your messages, the answers and a short report of how each answer was produced (which core answered, how long it took).
Memory (only if you turn it on): short, important notes taken from your chats (your name, projects, goals, preferences).
Ayna Stones (only if you write them): context notes you write yourself. Each one is visible, editable, can be switched off and deleted; nothing is added automatically.
Web search: When a question needs current information, only a short search query (at most 200 characters), stripped of personal data, is sent to a search provider. The order is: Google first (Gemini with Google Search); if that fails, Anthropic's (Claude) web search; if that is unavailable, a backup search service (Tavily, Serper or Brave). Your chat history and memory are not sent. To decide whether a search is needed, a short part of your message and of the previous one may also be sent to a fast helper AI model (one of the backup providers: Groq, Kimi etc.). Web search is on in every chat. The query text is not stored or logged; only a one-way hash of it and the number of results are kept. Search results may be cached for a short time.
Interface state: so that The Observer can describe itself correctly, it sees on each turn which features are on (memory, silence mode, Rabbit Hole, voice replies), your theme, the browser notification permission, how many cores are selected, your plan and today’s usage; this is not message content.
Activity log: after each answer, only metadata (which core answered, timing, status, score, why a cycle stopped). No message or answer text is written; kept for 90 days and you can delete it in Settings.
Images: images you attach are not stored on our server; only the automatic text description is written to the chat.
Usage: daily message count, processing cost (tokens and credits), your plan.
Technical logs: short-lived server logs for debugging.

2. Why

To provide the chat, show your history, apply plans and limits, prevent abuse and improve the service. We don't sell your data or use it for ads.

3. AI providers

Answers are produced by third-party AI services: OpenAI (ChatGPT), Google (Gemini), DeepSeek, xAI (Grok) and Anthropic (Claude); as backups Moonshot AI (Kimi), Groq and OpenRouter. Backup services are used only when a main service runs out of credit/limit or fails. Your message and chat context are sent to these services to answer you; each follows its own privacy terms.

Our own core (reserve core): an open-source AI model running on Observer Labs' own computer. It steps in only as a backup when the other cores cannot answer; then your message and the last two messages of the chat are sent to that computer through an encrypted Cloudflare tunnel. No third-party AI provider is involved on this path; Cloudflare only carries the encrypted connection. Message and answer text are not stored there; only measurements such as timing and errors are kept. It is currently in a trial phase and does not answer users until it passes its quality criteria.

Privacy shield: your memory notes and active Ayna Stones are never sent to the core models that draft answers; only the observer layer that writes the final answer reads them. That layer also uses a third-party AI service (Anthropic; Groq as a backup), so these notes are passed to that provider. Emails, phone numbers, ID numbers, IBANs and card numbers are masked automatically before text reaches the cores. Still, please avoid writing very sensitive details in chat.

Images: when you attach an image it is sent to ONE vision-capable service to produce a text description (Anthropic first; Google and OpenAI as backups). Location data (EXIF) is removed before sending. The image is not stored on our server; the cores see only the text description. Available on paid plans.

My Mind Trace, Phase Transitions, Model Relationships: computed on our server by simple counting from your own data only; never sent to any AI service and never compared with other users.

Observer Mind (anonymous observation): a masked copy of Chain Round answers (personal details removed) is written to a shared ledger. Only an aggregate observation note with no personal details is drawn from it (which topics are asked, where the models agree or split). The note is used by the system's self-improving observer layer; no user is ever shown another user's chat. Deleting your account or a chat deletes your ledger records too (the shared learning notes derived from your runs).

4. Memory

Memory is off by default. When you turn it on, we show what is stored and ask for your consent. If you turn it off, nothing new is saved; earlier notes are used until you delete them. Delete one note with ✕ or everything with "Forget all", any time.

Ask the Observer: if you tick the box in the Rabbit Hole, that question and The Observer's answer are shown to the theory's founder; the reply is delivered to you, and the question is kept until answered or closed. If you don't tick it, nothing is sent.

5. Retention and your right to delete

Delete chats one by one from the side menu.
Delete your account from the profile screen ("Delete account"); your chats, memory and usage records are deleted too.
In the app, Settings → Privacy & Data → Download my data gives you a full copy of the data tied to your account (JSON) any time. Your password hash and security keys are not included.

6. AI content notice

Answers are generated by AI and can be wrong. Rabbit Hole is a speculative lens, not established fact. For health, legal or financial matters, consult a professional.

7. Changes

If we change this policy we update its date and announce important changes in the app.
