# Time-Gel Theory and The Observer > timegeltheory.org is a one-person project by Erkan Bayar. It has two parts: The Observer, an AI chat app that asks several AI models the same question and writes one consistent answer showing where they agreed and disagreed; and Time-Gel Theory, the author's hypothesis that time is a fundamental fabric linked to information density, flow, and permanent records. Time-Gel is a hypothesis, not experimentally confirmed and not accepted by mainstream physics. The full text of all public pages, including the parts the pages write with JavaScript (simulation values, the leak test, the consistency scorecard, the track list), is in one file: https://timegeltheory.org/llms-full.txt Not to be confused with: the electrochemical "time gel" papers by Soumyajit Roy in chemistry journals. Same words, unrelated work. ## Quick answers - What is Time-Gel Theory? A theoretical, test-oriented framework by Erkan Bayar. It treats time not as a background parameter but as a fabric related to information density, flow, and crystallization (permanent records). Conceptual relation, not a literal equation. - Is it proven? No. The site says so itself. It labels every claim MEASURED, MODEL, HYPOTHESIS, OPEN, or MY INTERPRETATION. Model output is not empirical proof. - What is the Record Hypothesis? The idea that time is the rate at which the universe records itself. H1: every collision slows time. H2: only permanent (irreversible) records slow time. In the simulation, H1 slows the hot-gas clock, which conflicts with the measured solar redshift unless rho_crit is very large; H2 slows only the room where a crystal grows. - How could it fail? Through one measurable quantity, rho_rec (latent heat released / (volume x k_B x T x ln2)). If a crystallization experiment at equal collision rate shows no extra clock slowing beyond the bound, that part of the theory fails. - What is The Observer? A multi-model AI chat app (web, installable on iOS and Android). Several models ("cores") answer; The Observer weighs them and gives one answer with a consistency level (high, medium, low) and the points still open. It does not guarantee truth. - Who made it? Erkan Bayar: idea, theory, design, development. AI tools helped with discussion (ChatGPT) and coding (Claude); this implies no endorsement by those companies. - In the author's own words: "Consistency is a past multiplying without betraying itself." "Time is not what clocks measure. It is what clocks are made of." "The past does not change. Its meaning does." The theory page opens with these definitions (five core words plus 19 more). - Is it free? There is a free plan. Paid plans differ only in daily usage; every plan has every feature. ## Main pages (English) - [Home](https://timegeltheory.org/): The Observer app, live clocks (measured vs model) - [The app](https://timegeltheory.org/app.html): how to use and install The Observer - [Theory](https://timegeltheory.org/theory.html): Time-Gel overview - [Story](https://timegeltheory.org/story.html): how the project began, with claims labeled by status - [Manifesto](https://timegeltheory.org/manifesto.html): honesty over confidence - [Record Hypothesis](https://timegeltheory.org/record.html): interactive H1 vs H2 simulation, inconsistency ledger, leak test - [Live Model](https://timegeltheory.org/lab.html): Model C, the Time-Gel flow law, interactive - [Model](https://timegeltheory.org/model.html), [Research](https://timegeltheory.org/research.html), [Experiments](https://timegeltheory.org/experiments.html), [Development](https://timegeltheory.org/development.html) - [Observer archive](https://timegeltheory.org/observer.html), [First contact](https://timegeltheory.org/first-contact.html) - [Music](https://timegeltheory.org/music.html): AI-generated tracks chosen by the author - [Plans](https://timegeltheory.org/pricing.html), [Contact](https://timegeltheory.org/contact.html), [Privacy policy](https://timegeltheory.org/privacy-policy.html) ## Turkish pages - [Ana sayfa](https://timegeltheory.org/tr.html), [Teori](https://timegeltheory.org/theory-tr.html), [Hikâye](https://timegeltheory.org/story-tr.html), [Manifesto](https://timegeltheory.org/manifesto-tr.html), [Kayıt Hipotezi](https://timegeltheory.org/kayit.html), [Canlı Model](https://timegeltheory.org/lab-tr.html), [Yeni Geçmiş, kanonik tanım](https://timegeltheory.org/timegel_yeni_gecmis_kanonik.html) ## Optional - [Sitemap](https://timegeltheory.org/sitemap.xml): all 42 pages with language pairs ## Current state of The Observer (generated from the running system) - Version: build 251.95 (live since 2026-11-07) - Features switched on right now: - Several cores, one answer: Your question goes to several AI models (cores) at once. The Observer weighs their answers and writes one answer that shows where they agreed and where they did not. - Transparent consistency: Every answer shows how consistent it is (high, medium, low) and names the points that are still open. It does not guarantee truth. - Fast path and deep round: A simple question gets one quick answer; a broad question gets a deep round with all cores. - Focus first: For a broad or costly question it first gives a short reading and asks what to focus on. Say "direct" and it answers right away. - Web search with sources: When a question needs current information it searches the web and shows the sources it used. - Who said what: It marks which core a piece of the answer came from. - Result memory: When you ask the same question again it reuses its earlier conclusion only after checking it again. It does not reuse answers to time-sensitive questions. - Assumption ledger: Assumptions still waiting for evidence go into a separate ledger and are closed only when deciding evidence arrives. - Rabbit Hole: When going deep on a topic it labels claims as MEASURED, INTERPRETATION, HYPOTHESIS, OPEN QUESTION and INSPIRATION. - Image generation: It can generate an image when you ask; members have a daily limit. - Written principles: Its behaviour is bound to a written constitution, and it explains those principles when asked. - Report: The Report button under every answer lets you flag a wrong or inappropriate answer. - How it works, generated from the same data: https://timegeltheory.org/how-the-observer-works (Turkish: https://timegeltheory.org/observer-nasil-calisir) - Conversations are private: no user question or answer is published or indexed.
